“Introducing the Quran to non-Muslims” is an endeavour in the direction of presenting a proper introduction of the Quran to non-Muslims and ignorant Muslims. About The Author
Mohammad Shamim, educated in BIT Sindri and IIT Delhi, earned degrees in Mechanical Engineering, with specialization in Turbo Machines. He taught different subjects of Mechanical Engineering for more than 35 years and retired as Professor from BIT Sindri, a premier technical institute of Eastern India.
Apart from his engineering academics, he took interest in Islamic activities and learnt Arabic from the renowned teacher and author for the famous book “Aao Arabi Padhen”, Maulana Muhammad Ayyub Islahi of the famous institute Darsgah Islami, Rampur (UP, India). He has also been involved in many social activities for the youth. Delving into different exegesis of the Quran, he is now engaged in research related to science in the Quran, he has delivered several lectures on such topics at different places, in India and abroad, among Muslims and non-Muslims.
